Born at just 23 weeks and weighing 1 pound, Tyrese's head was the size of an egg. If he survived the night, the doctors said he would live in a vegetative state without the ability to see, speak or think - but he proved them wrong.

 

 

 

DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

What began as a few hours to volunteer for the "Make A Film Foundation" turned into an inspired mission armed only with my cell phone to shoot a remarkable 13 year old . I took my guerilla filmmking to another level and this teenager taught me that anything is possible.
